As the founder of Elevate Wellness Center in Forest City, North Carolina, Meredith provides personalized, evidence-based care that drives lasting, positive change for every patient she serves.

With over eight years of experience as a nurse practitioner in telemedicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine, Meredith specializes in making expert, high-quality care accessible—whether through virtual visits or in-person consultations. Her broad clinical expertise includes hormone optimization, weight management, mental health support, and acute care, all delivered through a whole-person lens that integrates body, mind, spirit, and lifestyle.

Meredith’s journey into healthcare is rooted in a lifelong passion for learning and service. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at Gardner-Webb University, where she also completed her Associate Degree in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She later expanded her clinical scope with a postgraduate certificate in Emergency Nurse Practice at Vanderbilt University.
