Meredith Greene, MSN, FNP-C, ENP-C

Meredith Greene, MSN, FNP-C, ENP-C, is a highly skilled and deeply compassionate nurse practitioner. Through her role at Elevate Wellness Center in Forest City, North Carolina, Meredith creates positive change in the patients who rely on her for care. 

Education has always influenced Meredith’s path. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, where she remained to earn her Associate Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing to become a family nurse practitioner. 

Most recently, Meredith completed a postgraduate degree at Vanderbilt University to become an emergency nurse practitioner. She continues to seek opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills through continuing education. 

Meredith shapes her practice from a patient-centered perspective, striving to understand each patient as a distinct individual with a unique set of goals and concerns. Preventive care is a central focus, and Meredith takes great pride in helping people avoid illness and thrive in their everyday lives.
